With a commitment to self-discovery and regular practice, we can learn how to befriend, understand, and command our minds.

Chris supports his clients in a variety of ways, including mental fitness training through the Positive Intelligence program, meditation training, and mindfulness-based personal coaching. The unique combination of these offerings gives him the ability to share simple practices that support mental health and guide his clients toward profound personal growth. MEET CHRIS

Drop in for a free guided meditation that is comfortable for beginners and experienced practitioners. This can be a good way to try mindfulness, include meditation in your weekly schedule, or add some variety to your existing practice. You may leave your camera off if you choose and verbal participation is not required. Everyone is welcome!
